If you are buying these because the product description says they can hold 25 lbs, STOP. They hold about 5 pounds before the clips break off. This happened three times for me. That was a big disappointment because it's no easy trick to clip these to the brick, NOR to remove them once they're snug!

One interior wall of my apartment is brick, and I'm not allowed to drill holes in it. I used these to hang pictures at first, but now I have a 2' x 4' peg board hanging on four of them. I use the pegboard to hang up cameras, computer cords, headphones, keys, and other random items. It's been a great addition. The only caveat is that you need to have standard, smooth bricks that have a decent lip.
